The CLAM® Parts cleaning systems are manufactured for various industries,
using biodegradable detergents with hot water for environmentally safe parts
cleaning. Spray Cabinets are available with a 500# TO 8000# turntable capacity,
and from 20" to 84" turntable diameter. Submerged rotation units available
in various basket sizes. Rinsing and Blow-drying options available
on most units.
 The CLAM-FLO® system features variable rate & flow control. Parts are
deposited on a conveyor belt. Next, parts are sprayed with cleaning solution
from the top and sides using adjustable plastic nozzles and from bottom with
CLAM® designed manifolds under the conveyor belt. Features include stainless
or carbon steel construction, powerful manifolds and nozzles, easy access roll-out
chip screen, variable speed conveyor, 500 lb. capacity, 12" - 60"wide
belt, NEMA 4 electric, auto water fill/level control, 7 day/24 hour programmable
timer (electric heat), manual pressure valve for lower wash/rinse manifolds,
rinse and Hot Air Blow Dry.
