MINI-WASH™ Spray Cabinet Models are designed for customers who need
aqueous cleaning in a smaller package or who have long, slender parts to clean
such as axles and drive shafts. The MINI-WASH™ Systems employ the same
manifold design used in the CLAM® Systems.
CLAM® Spray Cabinet Models spray the parts with hot solution
(180°F) and 60 - 150 GPM and 35 - 74 PSI. The parts are rotated during the
cleaning process by a water driven turntable which employs system pump energy
rather than separate drivers. CLAM® Systems have an oil skimming process
which is an integral part of unit design. CLAM® Spray Manifolds are designed
to operate without the use of high maintenance nozzles. Four sizes are normally
stocked for rapid delivery. These are the C24E, C50E and C100E. Other sizes are
built on customer request. Units are supplied in carbon steel, with a polyurethane
painted exterior. Stainless Steel construction and a wide variety of options
are also available. See the descriptive literature included.
CLAM® Spray Tables can be used in conjunction with CLAM® Parts
Cleaners or can be used as stand alone units with a solution supply tank. Each
table contains a spray wand for cleaning parts or equipment. The table drains
to a CLAM® unit or to a supply tank which collects greases, oils and dirt
removed from the parts.
CLAM® Disassembly Tables can be utilized to maintain a clean
and safe work area when the technician is disassembling engines, transmissions
or any part containing oil or contaminants. All liquid is collected in the base
of the Disassembly Table for later disposal. An optional winch is available for
the handling of heavy parts.
The CLAM-FLO™ System is designed for today's manufacturing
environment using the proven technology developed in our line of CLAM® Cabinet
Washers. Our systems are engineered to minimize the amount of moving (wear) items
and will insure you many years of service. Features include all Stainless Steel
construction; powerful Manifolds designed for easy; cleaning, easy adaptability
to your specific manufacturing environment; Wash, Rinse and Dry system available
in any size.
MINI-WASH™ Submerged Rotating Basket Systems were developed
for precision cleaning of small, delicate parts which require water cushioning
during cleaning. They also can be used for volumes of small parts which are not
easily cleaned by spray alone. MINI-WASH™ Submerged Rotating Basket Systems
allow both spray and submerged spray operations and are constructed of 304 Stainless
steel to allow a wide variety of detergents to be used. Two standard machine
sizes are available and custom baskets can be provided.
